GHSSM LLC, its vendors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the products sold or given freely on this site or the performance of the products, even if GHSSM LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

GHSSM LLC does not guarantee or in any way claim that the products on this site or advice given will result in capture, documentation or audience to any type of paranormal activity.

Prices and Sales

All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Sales prices and duration are subject to change or removal at any time at our discretion.

Availability

Availability is subject to change at any time and may be different than what is stated on our web site. We try to keep this updated best we can, but it may happen that availability changes before we have a chance to update it.

To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, GHSSM LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. GHSSM LLC does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. GHSSM LLC does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. GHSSM LLC will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. GHSSM LLC will not be liable for products or services not being available for use or for lost or corrupted data or software. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services, GHSSM LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase(s) under this agreement.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a GHSSM LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, GHSSM LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. GHSSM LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, GHSSM LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Shipping Risks

GHSSM LLC will provide customers with tracking information including expected shipping dates, but GHSSM LLC will not be held responsible for any delays, damages or losses due to (but not limited to) natural disasters, acts of federal, state or local government, fires, floods, strikes, lockouts, freight embargoes, and acts of God. Customers can pursue claims for lost and damaged packages through the shipping courier. We can assist you in pursuing a claim with the shipping courier in regard to lost or damaged packages. Pursuing a claim does not guarantee or imply a favorable outcome for the customer, as the shipping courier investigates and judges each claim on a case-by-case basis.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by GHSSM LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Notice

GHSSM LLC may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to GHSSM LLC.

Miscellaneous

Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of GHSSM LLC products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of GHSSM LLC products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. GHSSM LLC's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. GHSSM LLC may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Use of Site

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a GHSSM LLC or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

Participation Disclaimer

GHSSM LLC does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, GHSSM LLC is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, GHSSM LLC reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to GHSSM LLC in its sole discretion.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GHSSM LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Third-Party Links

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, GHSSM LLC may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with GHSSM LLC, GHSSM LLC has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of GHSSM LLC. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, GHSSM LLC seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

Pricing and Information Disclaimer

All pricing subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, GHSSM LLC reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. High volume bids are welcome.

Return Polices

We accept returns on selected items based on manufacturer return policies and GHSSM LLC authorization for 10 calendar days after delivery of the product. Contact us to get a return authorization. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition" and with original packaging (i.e. packaging, paperwork, cables and any other accessories) except for defective items and warranty issues. After 10 calendar days, we may offer an exchange, warranty repair/replace or store credit at the discretion of GHSSM LLC and Manufacturer's return or warranty policies.

Defective Items

Defective returns, once authorized, within 7 days from the invoice date, at the discretion of GHSSM LLC for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair. If the item is defective, we will credit or refund domestic shipping cost. This does not include orders beyond our return period or items that have been damaged or defects of the manufacturer. After 7 days we will refer to the items' manufacturer/builder's warranty.

Non Defective Items

Non-Defective items may be returned with prior authorization. Please contact us immediately as most product features that may seem like a defect, can be explained easily prior to going through a return process. If the item is defective, it can be accepted directly by GHSSM LLC, with prior authorization, within 7 days, at the discretion of GHSSM LLC for credit or exchange. All Non-Defective returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee.

Manufacturer/Builder Warranties

Items under manufacturer or builder's warranty are repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the product at the manufacturer/builder and GHSSM LLC's discretion. Warranties on items can vary for days to lifetime coverage and the coverage is by the manufacturer/builder, not GHSSM LLC. Items with warranties must contact us prior to the warranty expiring. Please contact us if you have a question about the warranty coverage and time period for a specific product as each product and manufacturer policy is different.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Shipping charges on all returned items are the customer's responsibility. For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery.

Custom Built or Modified Items

We carry items that are custom built and items made to order for the customer. Those items have warranties given by the item's builders or manufacturer. Custom items may be repaired, replaced or given store credit depending on the product at the discretion of GHSSM LLC and/or the products manufacturer. The builders of the custom made to order items, like items by Paranologies, GotchaGhost, Deezghosts, CPT, NCPD, Paratronics and others are paid for their work immediately after the order is placed with us so they can buy parts and whatever is needed to complete the order. We cannot give refund on orders of custom, built to order, hand modified items unless the builders are willing to reimburse us for the order. These are their policies, but we do work with you to resolve any issue that may arise. We do advocate on your behalf. If there is a situation that we do authorize a refund for a new custom item, we may assess a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that looks damaged by the shipper, take a photo of the damage and contact us right away. DO NOT throw away the packaging. These photos will expedite a claim with the shipper. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

Return Authorization

You MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Failure to contact us may result in a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. All returns of new items may incur a 20% restocking fee that is assess on a case-by-case depending on the situation.

All Returns

All Returns are subject to at least a 20 percent restocking fee, at our discretion, in the event the item is returned with missing items or parts, packaging, accessories, improperly packed, damaged or otherwise not as sold - up to the full value of the product and its parts. We reserve the right to offer an amount we deem fit for accepting what could be seen as a 'used' product as a return.

If the package is refused by the customer or for any reason is undeliverable by the shipper, the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping fees, original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes and a restocking fee. Any refund, if applicable, will be minus the cost for return shipping and any applicable customs duties or taxes. Shipping charges are not refunded on any returned items.

Any returns that arrive to us without authorization are subject to a 20% restocking fee minus shipping.

Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way in original packaging

Shipping Information and Polices

Each item has is average shipping time listed at the bottom of the item's description and that will vary product by product. The USPS times listed next are the time frame once the item has shipped

Processing time for in stock orders usually takes 1-2 days to ship.

USA Orders

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express. We ship orders everyday Monday through Friday. This excludes weekends and Holidays. USPS takes 1-4 days once shipped to anywhere in the USA and is delivered on Saturdays as well. At special request we can ship USPS Express Shipping via USPS as long as the item is not a custom built or modified item and ready for shipping. Express and takes 1-2 days depending on where you are located.

International packages

International orders ship via USPS Priority International Mail and UPS.

Billing and Shipping Adresses

If your billing address and shipping address are different, we must speak with you and verify the order. If we cannot get in touch with you the order will be cancelled.

Custom Built or Hand Modified Orders

These do take longer than average shipping times especially during peak seasons and these shipping times are listed with each item. Custom and modified items are built specifically for your order. There are times the manufacturer or builder may have shortages or delays in parts which may delay the orders. We do our best to keep you notified of any delays.

Product Availability

Back Order Items and Partial Shipments

We get our items from manufacturers and suppliers directly and sometimes items are backordered. Since items come in stock and then fly right out the door minutes later, there are times when an item is on back order, but the website did not update to show it yet. In those cases, we do try to ship the order in partial shipments, so you don’t have to wait for everything. We have some manufacturers ship the items right to you to get it to you quicker.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Shipments

We are not responsible for packages damaged by the US Postal Service or UPS. We are not responsible for packages that USPS, UPS or DHL lose. We are not responsible for packages that the postal service delivers to your address and that are stolen from there. We will however work with you to get an insurance claim filed if possible.

Backorders

Backorders will be shipped as soon as possible. We list in the product description if the product (or a product contained in a package) might be backordered or out of stock. If it is not noted on our web site as 'Backordered' or 'Out of Stock' we will notify you via email.
