This GHS static video camera features 34 IR Night Vision LEDs and 2 Super Bright UV LEDs with an illumination distance of up to 98-feet. This waterproof surveillance camera is equipped with a 1/4-inch Sony CCD image sensor with 420 TV Line resolution. It is Tripod Mountable. In normal lighting the camera works in full color and in low light it switches to its normal black and white night vision we are are accustomed to seeing using static video cameras. The difference is that this also can see into the ultraviolet spectrum and it is also illuminating that spectrum of light as well as infrared so you would be recording in wide spectrum (infrared and ultraviolet light). You can use it right with your existing DVR and camera system. It works just like this model would normally except its been modified so it will also be "seeing" in the UV light spectrum.
