The DTD (Digital Text Display) is an add-on device for the Ovilus X, built by Digital Dowsing, LLC.
Displays the spoken words from theDictionarymode as they are spoken by the Ovius X.
Back light display shows two, 8-character words at a time. Easy to read from up to 5 feet away.
Requires 3 AAA Batteries.
Requires an Ovilus X to use, not included.
Please Note: If your Ovilus shipped prior to September 2011, you may need to install Firmware version 1.07 or higher on the Ovilus X to run the DTD.

The DTD is easy to use:
- Just slide the battery cover off. (See video on our website if you’re having trouble.)
- Install three AAA batteries in the battery compartment on the Bottom of the DTD. (The battery compartment is marked as well showing the correct orientation of the batteries.)
- Now start your Ovilus X.Once the Ovilus X has started, plug in the cable to the DTD.
- On the side there is an ON/OFF switch. Moving the slide switch toward the top of the DTD will turn the device ON.
The DTD will only display words from the Dictionary mode or “last word said” mode.
