Payment methods:
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover  and American Express payments online.    Visa, Master Card and Discover over the phone and mailed in.  We also accept PayPal and e-checks accepted via PayPal online.   Personal checks and money orders accepted with printed order form. Please include your email address or phone number when ordering via US mail.    We also accept Western Union money transfers.

Order Processing Information
Once your order is received, the average processing time is 1  business day but most orders placed before 4pm EST ship out the same day they come in Monday through Friday.

Shipping Information:

Orders are usually shipped via UPS ground, UPS 3 day select and UPS 2nd day air..   We ship international packages via USPS Priority International Mail.   We ship orders everyday Monday through Friday.   This excludes Sundays and Holidays.    USPS Express Shipping is via USPS Express and takes 1-2 days  depending on where you are located and this can ship on Saturdays before 12pm.   We are based in NJ.

Insurance on orders

If you would like to have your shipment insured please email us and we can send you an email invoice or call to charge the fee for the insurance.   

Back Order Items and Partial Shipments

We get our items from manufacturers and suppliers directly and sometimes items are back ordered. In those cases we do try to ship the order it partial shipments so you don't have to wait for everything.


Damaged or Stolen Shipments

We our not responsbile for packages damaged by the postal service or UPS.  We are not responsible for packages that the postal service delivers to your adddress and that are stolen from there.

Shipping and Handling fees:




Heavy items like geiger counters, camera sets, cables, DVRs, large equipment cases, etc. have a slightly higher shipping cost added in automatically when your order is totaled.     You can see this total before confirming your order.
Orders from outside the USA may require additional shipping costs and we will contact you if this is the case.
