Our New Jersey Store is fully staffed 6 days a week and are answering the phones and emails but we realize that sometimes you want to talk to the owner so now you can. Thanks to the new Facebook messenger, if you friend me on Facebook and then send me a message, it comes right up on my cell phone like a text message. Returns accepted only for defective items within 30 days of purchase or under that period of time the item is under warranty. The defective item will be replaced with a new one, same item only. Exchanging one item for different one is not permitted. Before returning an item you MUST obtain a confirmation number from us. Please contact us via email at email@example.com or call us at 609-261-2361. There may be a 20% restocking fee if you returning something that has been opened and not re-packed to its original condition. All items are under warranty. Some custom built items that were made just for your order cannot be returned for a regular refund just because you don’t like it. It those cases we will have to look at the order and the items condition on a case by case basis and then issue a store credit, exchange or refund.
