A. Yes, our number is 609-261-2361 – we are a real physical store.
Returns accepted only for defective items within 30 days of purchase. The defective item will be replaced with a new one, same item only. Exchanging one item for different one is is not permitted. Before returning an item you MUST obtain a confirmation number from us. Please contact us via email at email@example.com or call us at 609-261-2361. There may be a 20% restocking fee if you returning something that has been opened and not re-packed to its original condition. All items are under warranty. Some custom built items that were made just for your order cannot be returned for a regular refund just because you don’t like it. It those cases will will have to look at the order and the items condition on a case by case basis and then issue a store credit, exchange or refund.
